Today there are many updates from the direction of Kharkiv
Here, at a crucial minute during Ukrainian defence of the tactically crucial village of Liptsi, Ukrainian forces began a decisive counterattack that reversed the fresh Russian conquests and restored control of critical advanced ground
As part of this operation, Ukrainian soldiers presented a fresh groundbreaking weapon: drones equipped with flamethrowers, adding a fresh dimension to their tactics on the battlefield.
Although small, Liptsi settlement plays a key function as a local base for Ukrainian forces, serving as both a supply center and a congregational point for soldiers.
It besides functions as a launch platform for counterattacks in the north.
This tactical importance is the reason why Russian forces are determined to conquer Liptsi by attacking the surrounding hills and trying to exploit the area's advantage.
If we look at the topographical map, we will see that these hills extend straight to the edge of the residential area.
If the Russians make it this far, even without adequate men to attack immediately, they can establish fire control over the lowlands.
This would most likely force the Ukrainians to partially retreat from the settlement, as its defence would become increasingly hard under the threat of Russian dominance from elevated positions.
As Russian forces began gathering critical numbers of troops in preparation for the imminent attack, Ukrainian command reacted quickly, organizing an urgent counterattack to regain advanced ground and thwart enemy plans.
This task was assigned to the 13th Ukrainian National defender Brigade of Chartija, composed mainly of soldiers from the Kharkiv region.
Shortly thereafter, the brigade published a video detailing the operation, offering uncommon insights into the meticulous planning of specified activities
48 hours before the attack, officers make a strategy around the exact model of the battlefield, carefully analyzing all detail.
24 hours before the attack, officers conduct briefings of soldiers assigned to various assault groups, conducting detailed training with armored vehicles to rehearse each phase of the daring attack.
Four hours before surgery, in the mediate of the night, all troops are in position, methodically checking their equipment, full prepared for the key mission that is ahead of them.
In the early mornings, Ukrainian armored vehicles moved at full velocity under cover of darkness.
As the first rays of the sun penetrated, the vehicles' guns fired, entering Russian positions and clearing the way for Ukrainian soldiers to a safe landing.
In trenches and earthenlands, a fierce conflict in the short circuit in which the infantry was supported by drone operators who not only constantly observed enemy movements but besides dropped grenades at their targets.
This advanced level of coordination enabled Ukrainian commanders to monitor all movement of soldiers and supply precise artillery support, helping to clear Russian positions hidden in forested hills.
The strength of the Ukrainian attack shortly became overwhelming, forcing Russian soldiers to flee, leaving behind their killed comrades.
As a result, Ukrainian soldiers, clearly triumphant, were seen in front of cameras celebrating successful operation and collecting war trophies.
This decisive action allowed Ukrainians to recover almost 3 square kilometers of key hill, push the Russians distant and prevent their planned attack on Liptsi.
But this was only the beginning of bad news for Russian soldiers, due to the fact that Ukrainians chose this minute to present a fresh and destructive innovation in the drone war – drones with flamethrowers
Soldiers from the 42nd Mechanized Brigade published a movie presenting an FPV drone equipped with termite heads
Termite, a pyrotechnic mixture of metallic powder and metallic oxide, ignites under the influence of heat or chemical reaction, producing highly advanced temperatures in the concentrated area.
With these drones, Ukrainian operators can set fire to full enemy ground and hideouts, even in densely forested areas.
The effectiveness and destructiveness of this weapon are clearly seen in the images after the attack on mark zones, revealing the destructive impact of this state-of-the-art tactics.
