Sensation. US ship being repaired in Indian shipyard

For the first time ever, a ship belonging to the U.S. Navy sailed to India to make repairs at a local shipyard. This is simply a proof of assurance on the part of the Americans: both for India's shipbuilding manufacture and besides for India itself as an ally that has previously teetered between the United States and the Russian Federation.
