Thousands of seniors after 75 years of age automatically get a nursing allowance from the Social Insurance Institution, but many inactive receive a nursing allowance from the municipality. The problem arises erstwhile the recipient does not study a change to the office. The provisions prohibit the collection of both benefits simultaneously, and the consequence may be the request to donate even respective 1000 zlotys with interest.
