Chadian abroad Minister Abderaman Koulamallah and Senegalese Prime Minister Ousmane Sonko have criticized French president Emmanuel Macron for showing contempt for the people of Africa, following Macron's message that leaders of African countries in the Sahel region "forgot to thank" France for its aid in the fight against jihadists.
