Lindsey Graham, 1 of the most influential Republican senators and a leading hawk of US abroad policy, died abruptly after returning from Ukraine. Donald Trump, who claims to have spoken to him on the telephone hours before his death, remembered him as a "natural politician" who could "get along with everyone."
