According to the Broadcasting Act, the rejection of the study by both chambers of parliament has serious consequences. The word of office of all members of the National Council shall expire within 14 days of the date of the last resolution.
However, there is 1 condition - the word of office must be confirmed by the president of the Republic of Poland. Without presidential confirmation, KRRiT members shall stay in their positions.
