From Simon Holovnia's appointment as talker of the Sejm, Parliament's YouTube channel subscriptions increased from 41,000 to over 700 thousand. In time, however, netizens began to measure the Hołownia as being media capable, but insufficiently consistent – according to the analysis of Res Futura commissioned by PAP. Is that why Seimflix went so fast?
