During the last session of the Sejm, the draft Act of Members of the Polish People's organization was conducted, which is contemptiblely referred to as the "Koryto Plus Act" or the Law of Sami Owi. Despite the overwhelmingly negative opinions obtained during the public consultation, the majority of the Sejm did not decide to reject it. Now we know the arguments.
