The Sejm adopted a bill implementing the Digital Services Act

After many months of work carried out by the Ministry of Digitisation and the government's adoption at the end of September, the draft amendment of the Electronic Services Act was undertaken from mid-October by the Sejm. On the [last](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/dsa-in-field-another-amendment-in-the-law) held on 20 November, 58 amendments tabled were voted on, of which 35 were adopted.
