The Sejm has decided on Ziebra's immunity. We know about the arrest

It was almost certain, but now there is no uncertainty – the decision of the Sejm was made by erstwhile Minister of Justice Zbigniew Ziobro, who was deprived of parliamentary immunity and could be held to criminal responsibility. There are 26 charges against the PiS policy in connection with alleged irregularities in the Justice Fund, including the management of an organised crime group.

On Friday, a vote was held in the lower chamber of the Polish parliament on the immunity of PiS MP Zbigniew Ziobra. Most of the composition of the Sejm voted to deprive the policy of this privilege, as well as with the consent of his arrest and arrest. Both votes fell by an absolute majority.

There are 26 prosecutorial charges on Ziobrze, including creation and command of a criminal group, the order to transfer PLN 25 million to acquisition Pegasus for CBA from the Justice Fund and to allocate PLN 14 million for the renovation of the National Prosecutor's Office from the FS. Especially for the first one, he threatens a politician for years in prison. A full of PLN 150 million was to be removed from the Justice Fund.

447 Members took part in the series of votes. Depending on the charge, the application to punish Zbigniew Ziobry supported between 248 and 256 of them. As a sign of opposition, almost all vote raised the hand of 185 Members, with a maximum of 14 abstentions. The parliament voted to punish politics 25 times, due to the fact that each charge was considered separately.

The same number of Members took part in the vote on consent to detention and arrest. 249 were in favour and against 192. Six politicians, including Sławomir Metzen of the Confederacy, have been detained.
