First 2 tasks: Clear justice and clear the Law and Justice
Clearing of courts and prosecutors from neo-Judges and Ziobrists – this is simply a essential condition. Without this, no improvement will succeed.

What should I do now?
Take over the disciplinary files of the judges from Piotr Schab's chief disciplinary spokesman's office and pass them on to an independent spokesperson.
Cancel Michael Lasota, deputy disciplinary officer.
Initiate disciplinary proceedings against judges and neo-judges who have destroyed the regulation of law or participated in the activities of illegal bodies.
Restrict neo-KRS access to judges' individual files – which will paralyze its operation.
What about the KRS itself?
The word of office ends next year. The coalition must decide:
Whether to establish a fresh but inactive defective, or to effort to fix the procedure – e.g. by selecting members by the judge's environment and approving them by the Sejm. Even if this is simply a temporary solution, it will be little harmful.
Prosecutor’s Office – key to the accounts
Problem? Prosecutors in the field are scared. They are afraid of the return of the Law and Justices, afraid of retaliation, afraid of moving on the scandals from Warsaw.
Here Żurek must act decisively:
Bet on prosecutors with Lex Super Omnia – people with spine.
Offer advanced allowances for working outside the home unit – to encourage independent prosecutors outside Warsaw.
Open up promotion paths and make peculiar teams to conduct major PiS cases investigations.
Prosecutors connected to Ziobra? Distraction, delegations, rotations – precisely as Ziobro did. They can be sent to Bieszczady.
Zurek is not a compromise technocrat.
He's a justice who's been showing his back for years. That's why present has a chance to do something that no 1 has always done before – start the real cleansing of the state from the written virus.
If he steps back, the PiS will come back.
If it does not go back, it has a chance to lay the foundation for a new, fair state of law.
