A retired judge, who was accused of gross delays in conducting 17 cases, will endure financial consequences – but not as severe as originally ruled. The Chamber of Professional work of the ultimate Court concluded that the punishment of a 40 percent simplification in remuneration for 2 years was besides severe and reduced it to 30%, indicating age, wellness and long-term service blamed.
