The National Judicial Council authorised its president to submit a notification of the anticipation of a crime being committed by a justice seconded to the Ministry of Justice, the staff of the Ministry of Justice and the staff of the territory Court of Konin. The case concerns justice Andrzej Szashkowski, whom the Council did not give approval to regulation after 65 years of age.
