The ultimate Court has not agreed to waive the immunity of justice Maciej Nawacki. This means that the D.A. will not be able to prosecute him for the public demolition of papers at a gathering of Olsztyn judges. “Today I would crush and throw it in the trash,” Nawacki comments.
