Securing civilians. Lesson from Ukraine

The war in Ukraine has been going on for over 12 months and includes a space for strategical reflection in a number of countries in Europe and the world. Of course, the most loudly assessed are the threads relating to the space of global relations and military affairs. However, the subject of securing the population and the activity of civilian defence cannot be overlooked.
