Secret papers on Ukrainian counteroffensive in hands of Russians

The US Department of defence is investigating the leak of classified papers detailing U.S. and NATO plans to rebuild the Ukrainian army ahead of a planned offensive. They were shared on Twitter and Telegram. The second is simply a platform with half a billion users, widely available in Russia.
