Second phase of the Vistula programme – green light of the State Department

On June 28, the U.S. Department of State announced its consent to Poland's possible sale of anti-aircraft and rocket defence systems Patriot PAC-3+ as part of the second phase of the Vistula programme. According to the calculations of American officials, the price could scope $15 billion.
