Second Malaysian Govinda baptized

On July 3, a naming ceremony for the second Gowind-class frigate (Maharaja Lela), built for the Royal Malaysian Navy (Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia), was held at the Lunas Naval Shipyard (Lumut Naval Shipyard) owned by the Malaysian concern Boustead dense Industries corp Berhad (BHIC).
