Second bottom of dam demolition by Russians [COMMENT]

A possible blowing up there on the Dnieper has been speculated since last year, but the Russian command has waited for this step many months. It is, in my opinion, the desperation of the confederate grouping of Russian troops, which fears a Ukrainian counteroffensive.
