“Scorched Earth”. Mass looting of Russians - from children's clothes and washing machines to telecommunications towers

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that Russians are massively exporting household appliances and building materials from the Kherson region. Even cellular communications towers are being dismantled, power lines being blown up. The Russians are raking and employing “scorched earth” tactics.
