German Chancellor Olaf Scholz is of the opinion that a diplomatic end to the war in Ukraine is presently impossible. “We all want this war to end and for peace to be possible,” Scholz said Friday in Leipzig. But Putin's hostilities prevent any diplomatic rapprochement, he said.
