Norbert Bączyk, is simply a historian and publicist raised in the realities of post-circular Poland. This means getting into the historical and political communicative of the proatlantic and anti-Russian. In his case, this does not mean, thankfully, primitiveism or unreflexive political propaganda. Its contemporary geopolitical realism is interesting, as well as a balanced assessment of the economical and military possible of inter-war Poland.
