The president of the Law and Justice party, Jarosław Kaczyński, has sharply commented on fresh media reports on the actions of the authorities in Warsaw and the proposed changes to the act on the provision of services by electronic means. According to Kaczyński, Poland is heading towards dictatorship, and the fresh regulations may lead to Russian-style censorship.
