The president of Law and Justice, Jarosław Kaczyński, commented sharply on fresh media reports on the activities of the authorities in Warsaw and the proposals for amendments to the Act on Electronic Services. According to Kaczyński, Poland is moving towards dictatorship, and fresh regulations can lead to censorship in the Russian style.
