The fishy in the case of RARS was the manager of the Office of the Prime Minister Anna W. on Thursday left the Investigative Arrest in Katowice - told PAP press typical of the National Prosecutor's Office Przemysław Nowak. The PK had previously informed about the expert's opinion and the withdrawal of detention against a woman.
The Ombudsman of the National Prosecutor's Office of Przemysław Nowak informed on Thursday that the prosecutor had revoked Annie W. a precautionary measurement in the form of a provisional arrest, taking into account the opinion and content of Article 259(1)(2) of the Code which allows the withdrawal from the provisional arrest due to possible adverse effects on the individual closest to the suspect.
He reported that on 2 April, the prosecutor obtained an expert opinion that it was possible that only 1 parent's kid care would prevent or exacerbate a minor's right existence.
A property warrant of PLN 400 1000 was utilized against Anna W., as well as police supervision combined with a ban on contact with participants in proceedings and a ban on leaving the country. As Mr Przemysław Nowak told PAP, the prohibition of contact does not include the husband of the suspected Mark W.
Director of the Office of the Prime Minister at the time of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, Anna W. has been in custody for respective weeks. She is suspected of irregularities in the Government strategical Reserve Agency (RARS) last Thursday issued a message in which she called for an chance to meet a 13-year-old boy who is in the autism spectrum and has ADHD.
At the end of January, at the request of a prosecutor from the Silesian Department of the National Prosecutor's Office, CBA officers retained 3 persons in the investigation into irregularities in the RARS, including Anna W., her husband – Mark W. and Paweł K. – the owner of the PR agency. The court then took into account the request for the arrest of Anna W. and Paul K., but on 19 February Anna W.'s husband - on behalf of the property warrant - left the detention.
"At the time of the application of this measure, according to the court and the prosecutor, there were no grounds for waiving the provisional arrest referred to in Article 259 kpk, i.e. the circumstances of the case did not indicate that imprisonment would have an highly severe effect on the fishy or her immediate family," Prok. Nowak said.
Anna W.'s arrest decision was maintained by the territory Court in Katowice, which did not take into account the defendant's complaint. He felt that despite the wellness situation of Anna W.'s boy raised by the defender, there was no obstacle to the provisional arrest.

"Because the lawyer reiterated suspicious circumstances regarding the wellness condition of the suspect's son, the prosecutor of the office of 12 March appointed an expert in kid psychology and kid neurologopedia to measure whether the care provided exclusively by 1 of the parents importantly affects the wellness condition of the minor" - explained Prok. Nowak. That opinion was taken into account.
Three detainees in an investigation into irregularities in the RARS National Prosecutor's Office submitted a full of six charges. Anna W. and Paweł K. are suspected of participating in an organized crime group. The female besides heard the charge of accepting PLN 3.5 million of assets in exchange for influencing the public procurement procedure concerning the supply of power generators. She's up to 12 years in prison.
In addition, Paul K. heard allegations of citing influences at a public institution and taking up brokering in the form of awarding public contracts for the transportation of surgical masks. (PAP)
