Sawicki: in region hospitals hula wind. PSL has a prescription to heal the system

First the thought of reforming wellness finance was presented by Left, now the Polish People's organization presents its proposal. People's negotiating table wants to reorganise hospitals in the regions. "Today we have quite a few region hospitals with a large number of branches, only that most of them hula wind," argued Marek Sawicki.
