Local governments and government clean up illegal landfills, but it costs millions. It's hard to detect perpetrators

The government has counted over 200 illegal landfills of toxic waste. Climate and environment minister Paulina Hennig-Kloska reported that 25 of the most dangerous of them will be cleared this year. Police are planning another detention of members of the garbage mob, although it is frequently hard to detect them.
