SAFE: The race for historical arms investments begins [COMMENTARY].

The European Commission has approved Poland's defence investment plan under the SAFE (Security Action for Europe) program. Poland, as the largest beneficiary, is eligible for nearly 184 billion zlotys (43.7 billion euros) for 139 modernization projects, including Shield East and Borsuk vehicles. The key challenge, however, remains the murderous pace of contracting and timely implementation until 2030.
