SAFE: The race for historical arms investments begins [COMMENTARZ]

The European Commission has approved the Polish Defence Investment Plan under the SAFE Programme. Poland, as the largest beneficiary, can receive nearly PLN 184 billion (EUR 43.7 billion) for 139 modernisation projects, including the Shield of the East and Borsuk wagons. However, the murderous pace of contracting and timely implementation by 2030 remains a key challenge.
