SAFE passed by the parliament. What will the president do?

The Diet passed a bill for the SAFE debt facility, under which we are to borrow more than PLN 180 billion for defence projects. The opposition voted against it. A key amendment is expected to come up in the Senate, but a veto by president Karol Nawrocki seems likely.
