Instead of safety Action for Europe /SAFE/ you can introduce safety Action for Poland or SAFP ZERO to fund activities for the WP and another uniformed services by the National Bank of Poland. This is an interest-free debt , without rigors and recommendations contained in the interest-bearing SAFE credit that could be used, as could the KPO for subsequent "milestones" on the Polish government which has a different opinion than Eurocrats from Brussels.
To those who don't know, I would like to explain that this is not the first thought of the president and the head of the NBP. erstwhile Minister of Finance of the SLD government Prof. G Kolodko has already discussed this subject respective times last year."Instead of indebting the state and raising taxes, it is better to pay for the reinforcements with the NBP money. The NBP set aside almost a trillion dollars as a reserve - mainly in dollars, euro and another currencies and in gold, /.../ these are provisions that exceed the level essential to warrant financial security, so with this money could support the arms of the Polish army".
So, on the table we have 2 proposals and now the ball goes to the government's side or despite the presidential veto which is likely to proceed to go into the EU program or to hide ambition in our pocket and effort to work with the President, perceive to his arguments and measure which proposition is beneficial for Poland both financially and militarily. We know SAFE forbids us from buying weapons in the United States or Korea.
German friends of Prime Minister Tusk, have resigned from the "favourable " SAFE loan" and are implementing the acquisition of 35 F-35A Lightning multitasking fighters from the American company Lockheed Martin.
Did you get the "locked heads"? They can and we can't. But it is said that there will be German Eurofighters for sale, who can occasionally be bought "for half free" as well as wagons, as Mr PSL informed - https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=902940812711910
