Judicial defeat of Minister Waldemar Żurek and dismissed disciplinary spokespersons

The disciplinary court at the Court of Appeal in Warsaw repealed the decision of the Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek to order an immediate interruption in the service of justice Jakub Ivanec. At the same time, the court found that Peter Schab and his 2 deputies were effectively dismissed.
