The Liechtenstein court rejected Sigismund Solorz's lawsuit, which demanded the annulment of changes in the statutes of its foundation. According to the fresh records, the control of the billionaire's business empire is to take over his children.


Aleksandra Żak, Tobias Solorz and Piotr Żak informed in a joint message published by Virtualmedia.pl that the Prince's Court in Liechtenstein dismissed Sigismund Solorz's lawsuit. The businessman questioned the validity of the changes in the TiVi Foundation Statute and the transfer of control over it, which took place on 2 August 2024.

"The court full accepted our rations and dismissed the Father's action. As they pointed out, the court made it clear that there was no evidence or indication that the father had been misled. "The desperate attempts made by his surroundings to attribute to us an act against will or in conflict with the Father proved to be lying and unworthy," wrote the statement.
