The court maintained the punishment imposed by the KRRiT. It's a music video from years ago

The Court of Appeal in Warsaw maintained the punishment of PLN 10,000 imposed by KRRiT's president on the YouTube channel Poszwixx TV. According to the Communication from the National Broadcasting Council, the VoD service supplier is liable for the material as long as it is made publically available, even if the recording was published many years earlier.
