For a year in prison, suspended and fined, the territory court of erstwhile SB officer Jack W., informed the IPN.
It was about creating false papers to show that 1 of the Deerniogórski oppositionists from the times of the Polish People's Republic was to be an associate of the SB.
The chief of the Branch Commission for the Investigation of Crimes against the Polish Nation in Wrocław, Proc. Konrad Bieroń, informed in a Monday's communication that the judgement in this case was handed down last week before the Regional Court in Jelenia Góra.
In the judgement - informed the IPN - it was considered that the evidence collected in the investigation and the trial carried out showed that the suspect Jacek W. – erstwhile SB Officer of the Provincial civilian Militia in Jelenia Góra – acting to accomplish individual benefit, produced from April 1976 to April 1979 containing incorrect operational papers of the SB, from which it was to be apparent that the activist of the local opposition voluntarily undertook secret cooperation with the safety authorities.
