The court wants to halt Zbigniew Ziobra. Police officers can face consequences

The court issued a decision to detain and force Zbigniew Ziobra to attend a gathering of the Sejm's committee of inquiry. According to the president of the Constitutional Court, the exercise of the will of the court could consequence in "legal responsibility" towards officers.
