The White home reported that U.S. president Donald Trump signed the memorandum about the withdrawal of the United States from 66 global organizations, agencies and commissions. These are mainly bodies belonging to the United Nations system, but besides active in combating hybrid threats or non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
