On 13–16 April, a retreat was held in Rzeszów for the directors of pilgrimages to Jasna Góra. The gathering was attended by 63 priests representing different dioceses and Pilgrim pilgrimages to Jasna Góra, from all over Poland.
The formation days were held in the Recollective home of the Rzeszów Diocese “TABOR”. The gathering was chaired by Bishop Piotr Przyborek, president of the Council of the Polish Episcopal Conference on Tourism and Pilgrimage. Rev. Krzysztof Golas, Presister of the Diocese of Rzeszow, who was liable for the formation of the propedeutic year in the Higher spiritual Seminary in Rzeszów, gave the retreat.
Bishop Jan Wątroba, bishop of Rzeszow, and bishops of seniors: Bishop Edward Białogłowski and Bishop Kazimierz Górny accompanied the participants in the prayer.
During the conference, Dr. Dominika Borka's book "Documentation in the conduct of the pilgrimage movement was presented. Administrative issues." The aim of this position is to approximate the ways of appropriate organisation and implementation of the issue of pilgrimage in Polish conditions.
An crucial component of the gathering was a summary of the experience of organizing this year's pilgrimages. The priests shared their observations, discussed pastoral and logistical challenges, and sought solutions for the future. peculiar attention has been paid to the planning of this year's pilgrimages to Jasna Góra, including coordination of activities, cooperation with state institutions and safety on pilgrimage routes.
