The owners of the most attractive rental premises have no reason to get off prices. There are times erstwhile tenant candidates rise the stakes to beat competitors. The cost of the lease has increased slightly. The marketplace will slow down in late autumn – writes Monday "Rzeczpospolita".
‘Rz’ states that the rental marketplace for apartments accelerated in August. The analysis of the Morizon-Gratka Group shows that request was 15.7% higher than last year. – In the Warsaw marketplace it is traditionally a highest period. This year's request was record – says “Rz” of King Arceus of Freedom Warsaw-Śródmieście.
He adds that the competition for attractive housing was increased by students from another cities and young workers from abroad, especially from Ukraine, Belarus, Asia, and that the studios and two-room dwellings in housing estates well connected with the centre were rapidly disappearing.
“Rz” emphasises that Łódź was besides influenced by students. – Young workers entering the labour marketplace besides generated demand. Many have just finished or finished college. There are besides people who for various reasons postpone the acquisition of the apartment Michał Grzelaska, manager of Freedom Łódź-Wierzbów branch, stressed in “Rz”.
“Rz” writes that the mark of tenants is mostly smaller, reasonably valued premises, but as the manager says. The heat of hiring a decent flat at a reasonable price was more hard in August than a year ago, especially close to the university. – The offer was more accessible on the outskirts, especially in the construction of a large plate – noted Grzelaska.
The paper besides gives examples of average rental rates in August and so in Warsaw for a two-room flat it was essential to pay PLN 4524, and for a one-room flat PLN 2967, and in Krakow for a two-room flat PLN 3204, and for a one-room flat PLN 2421. For comparison in Katowice it was PLN 2280 and PLN 1619 respectively, and in Łódź PLN 2162 and PLN 1666 respectively.
