Disciplinary spokesperson for the “in-exile” judges. How does Minister Żurek want to get past the bill?

The Minister of Justice Waldemar Żurek issued an order that the administrative service of the disciplinary spokesperson of the courts of the general courts may besides supply the Warsaw-Prague territory Court in Warsaw, outside the KRS. This is simply a circumvention of the bill and a violation of the constitution and the penal code – experts say.
