The Council of Ministers adopted an amendment to the Traffic Law, which introduces a fresh condition for the mandatory retention of a driving licence for 3 months. From the minute of entry into force of the regulations, drivers will besides lose their rights for speeding more than 50 km/h on two-way single-way roads outside the built-up area.
