The government has dealt with the judgement of the TEUE on single-sex couples. There is simply a proposal from the Ministry of Digital Affairs

The Ministry of Digital Affairs has prepared a draft regulation which will enable civilian officials to enter same-sex spouses in their acts. This is the consequence of the judgement of the TEU in the case of Poland's failure to recognise single-sex marriages abroad.
