On Tuesday, the Council of Ministers adopted a draft amendment to the Code of Criminal Procedure, which introduces judicial review of the prosecutor's decision not to let a typical of a non-party to the proceedings. The solutions proposed in the task were critically assessed, among others, by the Ombudsman, the ultimate Court or the ultimate Bar Council.
