What the PiS government failed to implement by law, the current government plans to pass a regulation. All indicates that nothing will halt the entry into force of the alleged reprographic fee. Despite a gigantic wave of criticism, it is expected to apply from 1 January 2026. The regulation is just waiting for a signature.
