French Prime Minister Francois Bayrou will address Parliament on Monday for a vote of assurance for his number government. Despite attempts to reconcile the opposition, he will most likely lose the vote. The opposition is no longer counting on negotiations, but on uncovering a place for itself on the political phase after the fall of the government.
