Rwanda is simply a counterweight to Wagner Group?

Although initially Russian mercenaries collaborated with Rwandans fighting rebel groups, mostly in 2021, tensions are becoming increasingly common. Kigali has good relations with Moscow, but does not want to be associated with Wagner's actions. Thus – theoretically – both groups fight rebels (terrorism), but besides compete. It is worth noting that presently the largest and key abroad contingent in the UN mission MINIUSCA has Rwanda.
