Rutte: Russia and China are trying to destabilize NATO countries

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Wednesday that Russia and China are trying to destabilize the alliance through acts of sabotage, cyberattacks and the usage of energy as a weapon. NATO abroad ministers will discuss defence against these attacks in Brussels, he added.
