Rutte: The function of northern Europe in NATO is greater than ever

The Norwegian authorities have abolished the ban on NATO troops stationing and practicing in the vicinity of the Russian border. Alliance chief Mark Rutte estimated that the north of Europe would take on peculiar importance besides for the safety of Americans.
