Rutte: Not in all case you gotta shoot down Russian aircraft

NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte said on Wednesday before the Alliance's defence ministers met in Brussels that he disagreed with the opinions that if a Russian aircraft invades NATO's airspace - intentionally or not - it would should be shot down in any case.
