"US president Donald Trump is right: Russia and Ukraine should halt fighting where they are," said NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte on Wednesday in Washington after gathering with US Senators. He added that he has full assurance in the American leader whom he sees as the only 1 capable of ending the war in Ukraine.
