Rustem Umerov will direct Ukrainian abroad intelligence

Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenski appointed Rustem Umerov as head of Ukrainian abroad Intelligence. The erstwhile Secretary of the National safety and Defence Council of Ukraine will take charge of the peculiar service while retaining the function of Kiev's chief typical in peace talks on the end of the war with Russia.
