Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Rustem Umerov as the head of Ukrainian abroad intelligence. The current secretary of Ukraine's National safety and Defence Council will take over the leadership of the peculiar service, while retaining the function of Kyiv's main typical in peace talks to end the war with Russia.
