Russians preparing to sabotage energy infrastructure in the North Sea?

Russian ships mapped net cables, gas pipelines and wind farms off the Dutch coast, the Dutch intelligence services AIVD and MIVD said on Monday. In their opinion, this could mean preparations for sabotage of the country's energy infrastructure.
